Il DPCM 3 dicembre 2020 disciplina gli spostamenti da/per l’estero fino al 15 gennaio 2021.
Per ciascun elenco di Paesi sono previste differenti limitazioni. Per il periodo dal 21 dicembre 2020 al 6 gennaio 2021 sono previste inoltre restrizioni ulteriori agli spostamenti sul territorio nazionale e all’ingresso/rientro dall’estero, dai Paesi dell’elenco. Sono previste inoltre limitazioni a livello regionale, in base alla fascia di rischio in cui è collocata ciascuna regione. Le disposizioni riportate di seguito hanno carattere riassuntivo. Dal 10 dicembre, Stati e territori a basso rischio epidemiologico, che verranno individuati con apposita Ordinanza, tra quelli di cui all’elenco. Al momento, nessuno Stato è in questo elenco.
The Prime Ministerial Decree of 3 December 2020 regulates travel to / from abroad until 15 January 2021. Different restrictions apply to each list of countries.
